Perfecto Sanchez is a New York City born and bred entrepreneur and Veteran of the U.S. Army.  Regarded for his leadership, he brings his passion for people and purpose to each and every endeavor. 

Raised in Harlem, Perfecto fought his way through ups and downs in his early years before earning a nomination to the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2001.  Shortly after graduation and upon completion of U.S. Army Ranger School, he deployed to Ramadi, Iraq where he served as an Infantry Platoon Leader in the 'most dangerous city in the world.’  Perfecto left the Army in 2010 as a decorated Captain, earning the Bronze Star and the Army Commendation Medal for Valor.

In 2010, Perfecto launched his career in marketing and innovation where he quickly ascended the ranks at two of the largest Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies in the world.  At Kraft, he launched MiO Liquid Water Enhancer, which grossed +$100MM in its first year and is regarded as Kraft’s most successful innovation to date.  At Danone, Perfecto led the evian Customer Marketing team for North America.

In 2015, Perfecto pivoted his career once again leaving Fortune 500 to launch his own marketing consultancy called Keep The Change, a growth consulting initiative with a purpose.  In May 2015, Perfecto was the first American to row across the North Sea, a project to raise money and awareness for Mission Blue and ocean sustainability.  

Perfecto is a terrible Fly Fisherman and even worse surfer
